I had an issue with my current phone…
I had an issue with my current phone not turning on, it was solved quickly and efficiently. I was then offered an upgrade which I didn't hesitate and am leaving with a brand new phone with protection and cover. Matt was able to explain things easily to understand and made the experience problem free.

Vodafone UK offers decent customer…
Vodafone UK offers decent customer service, especially staff like Matt and Emily who are helpful and patient. However, consistent professionalism across all experiences could improve. While deals were satisfactory and assistance appreciated, more efforts to streamline customer care would elevate their service. It's good but not outstanding, suitable if you're near Bolton to visit.
