Went to the Vodafone store in Churchill square for an inquiry about my new contract. Was helped by a sales advisor named Paul who explained clearly what I needed to know and was satisfied with the help he gave to me and my mum.

Lost New SIM Cards
I have contracted two SIM cards to change from O2 to Vodafone. As we moved from London to Brighton, we've lost the SIM cards. I contacted support and, to resolve it faster, I should visit a store and they would be able to copy the SIMs for us on the same day, and do any updates needed. I visit the Vodafone store in Churchill Square in Brighton, and was served by Trey. Trey was very helpful, and very professional. Sorted the SIMS for us, and double check all the details for us. Five stars ✨ service from Trey.
