Be very careful when using this company…
Be very careful when using this company i gave use their WIFi for about 15 years and loyalty means nothing with them, they are purely interested in taking money, the phone signal is have had was poor but the WiFi is good. No reduction even through i transfered to Vodafone. The store is as bad as 4 years ago on my Google review nothing gas changed.

Fantastic store, fantastic staff!
Went into Vodafone to set up a new PAYG account with VOXI and I had the pleasure of dealing with Connor.
He made the process very straightforward and easy and had my eSIM up and running in a few minutes. Connor was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the transaction and I would highly recommend him as a member of the team to deal with!

Visited store this morning met a chap called Connor was extremely helpful, not only did he fix the problem with my phone, he checked my account saved me 69p but got double the data, also advised me about their broadband which we will be taking out in the near future once contract nears an end at sky

Connor was brilliant
Connor was brilliant. He went through all options of my upgrade and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. He took into account everything that I needed from new phone. I will be returning next month, upgrading and renewing my contract with Vodafone.
