Richard was Brilliant
Richard was Brilliant! We had difficulty getting our broadband sorted, so visited the store. Richard is friendly and super knowledgeable about everything Vodafone. He calmly took us through our options and we even saved on our original option! He also checked we were on the best deals on our mobiles. It’s so refreshing these days to find a super guy like Richard who wants to give his best to the customer and clearly the company too. Thanks Richard I hope to see every time I visit the store

Using mobile phone abroad

John was great. He was efficient in sorting our upgrades.
Unfortunately the system would only let him put one of our phones through.
He then went above & beyond to fix the issue with the other 2 phones, which we were then able to pick up the next day.

I went to try to get help with a problem I had been unable to resolve in a very long phone call to Vodafone. I was told at first that they could not help me but then Richard stepped in and offered to try. He was brilliant. All was done for me. He was patient, kind and courteous to an old lady which was much appreciated. I am hugely grateful to him for his willingness to help and impressed by his knowledge and skill.
