Low cost phone help
Buying a phone for a 93 year old who want minimal cost, but wanted to be able to do calls and emails. Really good explanations from Sharna on the different models and help with setting up phone, even though the overall sale price was modest

I cannot thank Sharna enough for her help with my phone issues. She was exceptionally patient, took time to sort and explain everything. She went above and beyond to manage and sort a very complicated issue. She is an absolute star and Vodafone are lucky to have her work for them... I will also mention Josh as he also helped with some queries:) A lovely, friendly shop and every single member of staff are fantastic! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!

Went to the Canterbury shop to see about a new phone and plan.
Went to the Canterbury shop to see about a new iPhone and getting a new less expensive plan. The assistant- Sophie- who helped us could not have been more helpful and efficient. Found us a more economical plan, helped in the choosing the new phone and was very patient with a lot of questions from two very ‘non-technical’ people.
On the basis of this experience I would have no hesitation in recommending Vodafone to any one.

Making me enjoy spending more money
My experience was great due to the great staff team. They are really welcoming and convincing. Shama is definitely my favourite and I wish she could attend to me always🥰. I could spend all my money here. The company is different hiring right.

The staff who served us were helpful and friendly. They gave us different phone contract options to purchase and didn’t try to sell us a product that was too much for our needs .
