Very helpful staff .josh was a new member of staff but was helped by Joe and all sorted out well

Sharna was an excellent example of how customer service should be. She was respectful, courteous, patient and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was very helpful. I only hope that other representatives of your company hold themselves to the same standard that Sharna has demonstrates today.

Sharna was absolutely wonderful. We took a good while but she was very friendly and amazing with everything she told me. Especially about another phone company who could have put risk to myself with my phone number. Wonderful women thank you so much for everything. Joe was absolutely amazing as well very good manager. They definitely deserve a reward at Canterbury store

My experience at the Vodaphone office Canterbury on two occasions has been pleasant and helpful. In particular Joe assisted my purchase of a mobile phone after he had encountered difficulties with my purchase assisted my ‘online purchase’

I returned to collect my new phone which Joe and Ed set up for me after some technical issues were encountered downloading from my old phone to my new phone. Both gents are a credit to your company knowledgeable and helpfully pleasant men

The two customer service advisors, Sharna and Tim, went above and beyond in their efforts to assist me today with the great frustration that I have due to the ongoing technical difficulties with my phone ie no data service at all in spite of making two calls to the Vodafone customer service department on Monday 5th and Wednesday 7th. I was given the promise that my phone would be reconnected within 48 hours of my call on 5th and then told a further 24 hours when I called on 7th. Today, 9th August, a further 48 hours later, 96 hours in total since Monday, I still have no service! Sharna and Tim demonstrated excellent customer service, the level and quality of service that without doubt Vodafone expects from its staff but sadly not the quality of service that I have received since July 29th when I received my new upgraded phone. They respected fully the fact that as a long standing customer of Vodafone I should expect and experience a much better standard of service. The two colleagues are to be commended for the support, care and service they delivered.

Joe was great, really patient and very helpful.

My phone was stolen today and i would like to first thank the lady instore (Canterbury) who contacted local security and also the guy online who made sure my account was blocked. Highly upset my insurance hadn't transferred to my upgrade so really hoping phone is recovered by police.

Edward is amazing! I popped into Vodafone to query an upgrade with an adviser and was quoted a higher price to what I expected and wanted to pay for a smaller model of the iPhone than what I wanted. I decided to have a think and return the next day to go ahead with the purchase but met with Edward who was incredible. He designed my purchase so it was suitable to my needs and looked for discounts to make the purchase better. As a result, not only did I get a better and bigger phone and the latest model but also got me cheaper, faster broadband to what I have at home. I didn’t even think there was anything wrong with the price of my broadband until he told me what he could do. I am so so grateful for his customer service, it was the best.

The final stages of setting up my mum's phone were a bit tricky but Joe kindly sorted everything out. So grateful for a High Street shop with such excellent friendly service

Rob was excellent in the service he provided. Changing my phone was straightforward and stress free.

Everyone was extremely helpful when I popped in with a few questions. I didn't feel pressured at all and everyone I spoke too was lovely.
