Great Customer Experience
I have been a Vodafone customer for over 10 years and have always received a great customer experience. The main reason I have remained a loyal customer has been driven by the excellent service received from Huw Evans at the Cardiff store. Its always a pleasure seeing Huw who is friendly, welcoming and has given great advice over the years

Vodafone Cardiff with Dragos…
Went to Vodafone Cardiff and Dragos sorted out 3 upgrades and a new phone for us perfectly. The Vodafone system was slow but Dragos made the time fly by and we had great service and he sorted everything we needed on our visit.

Pull your finger out get your networking up to standard.
The network here is absolutely disappointed I'm sitting here with no bars on my phone and working off WiFi and calls WiFi calling.
Really don't understand how they not got this right yet.

Caitlin customer service
Caitlin was fantastic with regards to her customer service and the fact the system kept crashing BUT she kept her cool under a very stressful environment caused by the system issues.
Caitlin talked us through not only the phone contract but I asked about the broadband deals and she went through this with me and advised that this can be delayed until after my contract with Virgin has ended which is awesome!

I visited the Cardiff Vodafone Store and was attended to by Dragos. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service. Dragos took time to explain to me the products on offer and was happy to continue my relationship with Vodafone.
