Baz is the best!
Baz just fixed my phone in under 30 seconds when Apple quoted me £500 to fix it!! He really knows what he’s doing and is amazing at his job!! Absolutely made my day I am so happy will always go to Vodafone instead of Apple now :)

Great customer service
Received amazing customer service from Huw today at Cardiff St David's.
Unfortunately I dropped my phone today and needed a new one as going away for work.
Huw walked me through it and I left with a brand new phone within 30 mins.

What a waste of time paying for…
What a waste of time paying for something your not received. Chat line is terrible just keep going over and over the same question. Paying for a mobile number i have never received. But refused to cancel and help .reply off Vodafone. Is going on to Facebook or Instagram what a lot off help this is never used Vodafone. Total rip-off.

Caitlin was an absolute delight! I had a break from work so went to enquire about a watch repair, the interaction resulted in 3 of my contracts being upgraded to better deals, which was done quickly and in a way that was understanding and easy to follow. No issues, polite young lady, easy to talk to.

Exploitation We have spent 6 days without internet…
We have spent 6 days without internet and get the same pathetic excuses.Our modem completely stopped working after a month of signing up and it took them countless days to deliver a new one.When it did arrive, the internet still didn't work.As with many other people on here, I spent a few hours on the phone to their Asian call centre who tried to be helpful
and in reality did nothing.After losing the will to live I asked to cancel and they had the nerve to say that there would be £80++ fees and we had to send this & that back.So, if anything goes wrong don't expect help,expect to be charged more.If you want to be exploited and give your money away then Vodafone is the company for you!
