Recently i was in the Carlisle store …
Recently i was in the Carlisle store one of your assistant’s a young lady by the name of Liv went above and beyond her duties I’m sure.
I had wanted to purchase a phone, unfortunately as Christmas is a very busy time of year there just wasn’t the availability for my requirements at that time.
Liv looking into so many options, she was patient and concise with her information.
I am a more mature customer, and I really appreciate her knowledge.
I returned today with a new phone Liv was again outstanding, we set the new phone up and I’m happy to say because of this I remain a loyal customer to Vodafone.

First class service at Vodafone, Carlisle
Dan at the Carlisle branch of Vodafone set up my new phone. He was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Couldn't have asked for more. In fact the whole team at Carlisle have always given good friendly service.
