Over the last few days I have tried to upgrade my phone, with support agents online and over the phone however I was left frustrated and upset when they messed me around.
I went into the shop in Carlisle today and Olivia (Liv) handled it amazingly, she is an amazing worker and always happy to help, 10/10 service, I’ll be sticking to Vodafone purely for her expert help and my great experience in store!

Dan, the in-store specialist, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my many questions about the service. Another very successful visit to the Carlisle Vodaphone branch. Liv spent time exploring all the options for the upgrade of one of the phones on my contract today. I appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile to work out the cheapest and best deal for me whilst ensuring I understood all the implications. Dealt with Jade ( Carlisle store )in the up-grade of my mobile phone which used to be a stressful time but this was far from my experience on this occasion. Great service as always
I called in as it was time for an upgrade and spoke to Jade who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Various options and offers which they currently had were explained to me in detail.
With the help of Jade I choose a new handset and am now good to go. The whole process was seamless.
