Perfect! Absolutely perfect
I came in with my Nan as she had a few issues with her phone, a lovely lady called Erin helped us out and got Nan all up and running again, her service went above and beyond and I can’t recommend her and the store enough, she made us feel so welcome and supported, thank you again Erin!

Shocking
Shocking ! O stars would be too much. Ordered a phone for my elderly father. Got it delivered to my local store. I had enough ID to get a passport or bank account or driving license . Horrible woman said I had to get my dad in personally even though he lives 120 miles away and is in a care home. She just said “ cancel it then” and went back to staring at her computer screen. So I said send it to his home address and she refused ! absolutely shocking service. That’s Chatham in Pentagon shopping centre if anyone from Vodafone looks at this.

Although the advisor was right in advising that your dad the account owner must pick up their order, it's still not the experience we wanted you to have, nor the service that we strive for here at Vodafone.
For more information, we would recommend taking a look at our 'Can I collect my order from a Vodafone store?' Help and Support web page https://vodafone.uk/453km0z - as you'll be able to see, we do state that apart from Pay as you go, any other orders need to be collected by the account owner.
