First Class service at Vodaphone Chester Le Street
We were seen by Mandy regarding a problem with a sim card which was from Voxi. She was extremely professional, pleasant and patient. She had to look at the new iPhone which was on Vodaphone contract and also the Voxi SIM which had been inadvertently transferred along with the old phone info. This had not worked since Christmas day and we had made numerous phone calls to Voxi and Vodaphone without success and were told to go into a Vodaphone shop. The problem is now resolved thanks to Mandy's perseverance.
