Hifzah was so helpful and explained all the new changes with our contracts in a very digestible way. She sorted out our existing contracts to make them cheaper and I was able to leave the store with my desired device! Keep up the good work :)

The customer service at Vodafone is usually horrible in my experience. Today was an exception, thanks to Jade at Vodafone Derbion in Derby she was very professional polite and helpful.
Managed to sort out complicated issue with my SIM card with a lot of patience.

Really positive experience!!
