Brilliant staff in the dover branch
Brilliant staff in the dover branch! Not great with technology so i popped in and asked for advice and they explained everything thoroughly, wonderful team and they had the patience of a saint. Glad im with vodaphone and i won't ever change! 5/5 customer service from a gentleman named Sam. Will use dover again for anything i need help with :)

Outstanding service
The store manager, Brish, went above and beyond to ensure that my wife’s new phone was up and working despite problems transferring data from her old faulty phone. It was a frustrating experience for my wife but Brish was so amazingly helpful and patient and full of good advice. What brilliant service.

Went to Vodafone Dover to sort out bill…
Went to Vodafone Dover to sort out bill issue, went to Folkestone who didn’t help me and when I spoke on the phone the rep was rude and shouting at me, finally Brish was able to help me sort everything today and call cancellations for one of my numbers, thank you for your service
