My experience today with Roscoe was perfect. My new phone and broadband were all arranged in a calm, patient and friendly manner.
I was listened to and got the deal and solution that suited my needs best. Everything was explained perfectly and went above and beyond to ensure I had what I had what I needed. Excellent customer service.

Exceptionally helpful retail advisor!
I called into your Gyle Edinburgh store to discuss upgrading my Samsung S22 to a S26. Your retail advisor, Skye Kemsley, was very helpful and her attention to detail couldn't be faulted. Needless to say I upgraded!

I went into Vodafone gyle centre today…
I went into Vodafone gyle centre today as my phone got a virus and died, I was upset, confused and didn't know what to do but your amazing staff member, Skye, went above and beyond to help me. Within minutes she calmed me down and sorted me out with a new device plan etc. Even when I asked questions she answered them all and some! Such a amazing experience when I was utterly stressed out! We were served by Marc in the Edinburgh Gyle Vodafone Shop. Right from the start he was helpful, extremely friendly and very professional. He guided us through the whole process taking his time to explain and work out the best deal for our family. We came away very happy with three brand new phones at a great price. Skye was the loveliest young lady, and was the most helpful advisor in Vodafone at the Gyle on Sunday 12th April. She advised of all options for me and adjusted our home broadband to a higher speed. She also was not pushy and in my opinion and my husbands, she is an asset to your company. An absolute person to deal with.

Very good experience
Sol was great - he dealt with my request for a new phone well and gave me easy instructions to work through for the transfer of data from my old one. When I got home this was an easy process. When asked about broadband he was completely honest and said our postcode was not supported well yet, so a big thanks for being honest!
