Replacement SIM card Activation
On 4thJune2024 I had cause to visit my local Vodafone retal store in Elgin, Scotland. There was a successful resolution, along with cordial exchanges, indicating the root cause of not achieving replacement SIM card activation via the online request form ( it was a security issue, overcome by verification using debit card). On top of this the store adviser (Connor) resolved a number of other issues relating to logins and PIN codes. All in all, I departed the store as one happy and satisfied Vodafone customer - hence the 5 star review. It shows that so much more can be achieved when speaking directly with a competent technical adviser, in-store.
