We went into Vodafone in Ellesmere Port…
We went into Vodafone in Ellesmere Port this morning knowing very little about phones but the advisor (Ed) could not have been more informative and kinder helping us to choose our new phone and showing us exactly how to set up the new one.

How customer care should be.
I recently called into a store during a day trip some 30+ miles away from my local usual store for information about an upgrade , during this time I felt pressured and railroaded into upgrading to a handset I didnt want and knew very little about , just over a week later I called into my local store in Ellesmere Port and seen Kylie , who has taken care of all my upgrades in the past , tearfully I explained my dilemma , she was not only helpful , explained everything calmly and clearly but also showed empathy towards me. I with her help settled on a handset & plan that suited me and my needs , I was not pressured into any of it , understood all of it and left the store very happy in the knowledge that when I returned a day or so later my handset would be fully set up to use (another reason why I have always gone to her). This lady is always at the top of her game and sets her bar high giving the customer the best possible up to date advice , her knowledge is excellent around payment plans and handsets too. Kylie is an asset to Vodafone in my opinion and one of the main reasons I have continued to be a loyal customer for over 2 decades. With Kylie you get proper face to face customer care , understanding and compassion. Please Vodafone dont ever let her leave...
