Great Experience at Vodafone Eltham
I went to the store to get my son a new phone and was served by a charismatic and helpful member of staff, James. He was well informed on the options I had been looking into and provided excellent service. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend!

Jordan and Sarah , the BEST, Thanks so much
After my number has been disconnected at midnight, I called to Vodafone and was told me by a customer service over the phone, that I couldn't keep the same number as I didn't ask the PAC code within 30 days.
I was desperate when thinking in get a new number elsewhere and inform every single company, friends, family, entities about my new number.
So, I visited Vodafone in Eltham (London) to try if anyone could give me an idea or way to recover my number. I talked to Jordan who after explained my situation he just asked me friendly and in a good manner to try again and call again to the customer service. Maybe Id be lucky this time.
Jordan triggered a new call and this time I got Sarah, a new customer service agent who was also amazing and did everything she could to recover my number and ask for the PAC code.
I owe to these excellent professionals all the hassles and stress I'd have in changing to another number.
Thanks Jordan and Thanks Sarah, you are the Best Vodafone staff *****

Visited store on 26 may 2025 at 12 noon Demi and Todd were so welcoming and helpful I really liked there communication and work ethic with eachother it was five stars they both have excellent customer service I managed to get a real good tariff upgrade S25 Ultra and a Tablet I'm was very satisfied with the tariff and happy to be able to upgrade from a s23 to s25 ultra.
