Great customer service
Very helpful and friendly assistant Thea who explained clearly what needed to be done to upgrade my phone contract along with my wife’s sim. She came up with a product and price package which satisfied my requirements. Would recommend the Ely branch to anyone.

Fantastic staff at the Ely store
Just been to the Ely store to replace my phone and I cannot recommend it enough! Harry and Ana advised which would be the best deal for me on my first visit to order the phone and Thea and Ana helped me when I went to collect it today. All three of them were so helpful, polite and knowledgeable and made the experience so much easier. They really couldn’t do enough for me which I really appreciated as mobile phones are not my thing! - Thank you so much guys, keep up the good work!

Great service from our assistant who when that extra bit to help us .
Great service from our assistant who looked after us really well and she couldn’t do enough for us as we chopped and changed a few times what we wanted, but she showed us all the options and was really good . The assistance name was. AMA who was excellent.

Visited the Ely store today
Visited the Ely store today, terrible customer service.
One staff member was arguing with a customer and the staff member serving me was more interested in listening to this conversation,
Didn’t listen to what I was saying, was constantly looking around totally uninterested.
Got up and walked out in the end.
Was a loyal Vodaphone Customer now moving to Sky Mobile.
