Gremlins in my phone !
Had to visit our local store as my phone was a mess. An app I'd downloaded completely altered my phones appearance and it's ability to function normally, in other words gremlins had got in! Alex understood my garbled explanation of what had happened and he sorted it. A big thank you to Alex at Evesham store.

What a fantastic and professional team!
Danni and latterly Alexwere a great team, they helped us with our choice of phone, and explained very patiently why the phone suited our needs, we had a little difficulty with transfer of data because of forgotten passwords but nothing was too much trouble and they helped us get everything up and running

I stopped by Evesham Vodaphone shop today (even though my account is with Three). I was having trouble sending an email with 7 photos attached, and I was having trouble deleting some apps. I talked to Arun. He was friendly, supportive, and was able to help. He also showed me how to do some things I didn't even know I could do or should do with the phone. This was very helpful for a non-techie 82-year-old.

Outstanding service from Ana and…
Outstanding service from Ana and Daniela. Vodafone’s sub-contractor Cityfibre had failed to do a pre-inspection and as it might take a further 4 weeks to complete our installation meaning we would have had no internet or landline for that time.
Thank goodness Vodafone has local shop where these two wonders were eager to advise exactly how we should seek a short-term remedy.
They were knowledgeable, effective and friendly. Thank you.
