Outstanding service from Ana and…
Outstanding service from Ana and Daniela. Vodafone’s sub-contractor Cityfibre had failed to do a pre-inspection and as it might take a further 4 weeks to complete our installation meaning we would have had no internet or landline for that time.
Thank goodness Vodafone has local shop where these two wonders were eager to advise exactly how we should seek a short-term remedy.
They were knowledgeable, effective and friendly. Thank you.

Thank you so much to Dani & Ana for a friendly, efficient and stress free experience at the Vodafone shop in Evesham today. I collected my new Pixel 10 phone in the morning but, having failed to get it set up myself, I returned in the afternoon and Ana sorted it all out for me! Highly recommended

Excellent service by store staff in Vodafone Evesham
Greeted by Alex as we entered the store to resolve an account issue. Tried various things to access my account but to no avail. Ana was able to access the account details and resolve the access issue.
In discussion with them about the contract that had completed some years ago, a replacement contract was discussed and accepted due to their excellent customer service and friendliness

Helpful friendly service. No jargon
I felt compelled to leave a review after Alex's stellar service. I was unable to get my phone set up correctly but he was very patient with me and took care of it all. I know where to go if the problem arises again.

Was extremely perturbed at getting txts…
Was extremely perturbed at getting txts for me to confirm an actual appointment when my broadband was going to be 'upgraded' to full fibre, KNOWING this was going to mean an increase in monthly payments.
So called in to Vodafone Evesham to see if this audacity could be explained.
Fortunately, I met Dani, who was extremely professional, helpful and even sympathetic with my issue. After, showing her concern and spending quite some time talking on the phone with 'someone' from the Vodafone team, it seems that I have no choice but to risk losing my broadband without the upgrade.
Apparently, my monthly fee will be almost DOUBLED but with discounts and also having my phone with Vodafone, my payments will only raise slightly for 2 years.
I thank Dani soooo much for her help, sympathy and endeavours but of course, I WILL be looking for better deals in 2 years time.
