Great service sorting out new phone
Went into the Vodafone shop today to sort out a new phone and was treated excellently by the staff in particular Saqib who was friendly, chatty and attentive. Ended up moving broadband to vodafone from EE. Great service and lovely experience. Thanks!

Spectacular service
Sailen the store manager was spectacular. He had great patience so bubbly and lovely. The store is also emptier than Kensington and not too far so would definitely recommend! Amazing customer service.

Amazing customer service
Got the latest phone but had to exchange the 17e which I didn’t want anymore and the staff was absolutely lovely. Had so much patience and were so kind. Way emptier than Kensington and so sweet! Defo recommend

I was trying to transfer my phone…
I was trying to transfer my phone number to a new provider and the process was definitely challenging but Arif was extremely helpful, he did all the heavy lifting, fantastic customer service. I honestly could not have done it myself, the process isn’t perfect and Arif navigated it so well.
Cannot thank him enough so wanted him to get his recognition noted.
