Arif was a life saver and solved a world class mix up by your 191 customer service team who switched my phone from business to consumer and in the process my number for 25years disappeared. I lost my number for 10 days and now thanks to Arif I have it back.

Incredible customer service at this branch. Zack really went above and beyond to deal with a complicated issue after having my phone stolen, showing patience and a helpful can-do attitude throughout. He made sure all bases were covered and that I could get the best possible deal. Would recommend to anyone.

I went into the store and was standing there for a good 10 mins whilst the sales assistant watched me obviously aware that I needed help eventually he asked me what I needed help with I said I'm interested in this pay as you go phone he said we don't have any of the pay as you go phones without even checking to see why put about 20 pay as you go phones on display if your out of stock and don't have them it's a waste of time for the customer it's not rocket science to remove them from display if there not in stock available for sale.
