Vodaphone Sales Team can’t even use their own system.
The sales guy was clueless about how to use the Vodaphone system and admitted that he hasn’t been properly trained. This meant that there was a huge queue in the store.
We had to go through the process again so it took well over an hour having waited 30 mins to see the first salesman. When I complained to the only person on the store that knew what he was doing told me that I should go somewhere else even though I’m an existing customer. This is Fulham Broadway a huge store that has a huge foot traffic. So adding my daughter to my account took an hour and a half. When I went to Egypt on holiday I took the Vodaphone team there about 10 mins and they were far more professional.
