Went in to add a tablet to my account. We were served by a lovely and helpful gentleman called James. Nothing was to much for him and everything was done was done quickly couldn't have asked for better service

exceptional customer service at Gainsborough store
Luke & Tyler have been exceptional in their customer service. We had no end of problems over changing contract to Vidafone & honestly wouldn't have returned but Luke kept us updated and has been incredibly professional throughout- the Gainsborough store is a credit to the Vodafone brand!!!

Helpful Gainsborough store
Went into the Gainsborough store. Was served by Matilda, but spoke with both Luke and Chynna. They were all so helpful and informative, which helped me as I'm not that tech savvy!.
