Not a Vodafone customer however only decent phone shop in Gainsborough.
Tyler & Tilly fully discussed all options for me moving over to Vodafone while helping me with spam apps on my phone - I will definitely look to move to Vodafone in the future.

I went into Vodafone today and was served by a lovely young lady called Chynna, she was very knowledgeable and polite nothing was to much trouble, she helped me find the best deal on a sim only card, highly recommend

Came in to upgrade sim for iPad
Came in to upgrade sim for iPad. After realising I needed my bank card for id verification. I came back later and the staff Luke told me I could get better deals on my recent upgrades to sim contracts for me and my wife. He was able to change the contracts to better deals. Saving me money where it matters.

Great experience
Tyler was really helpful with upgrading my daughter’s phone, making sure we had a great deal, and even letting me know my own sim can be upgraded for less cost than I’m paying now! Great experience!
