Could only give one star because I…
Could only give one star because I can't give zero stars, my mother cancelled her contract with Vodafone because of terrible contract and customer service with Vodafone after 20yrs of being a customer. She received a message from Vodafone stating they were sad to see her go & passed on a PAC code to take to her new provider to retain her phone number. The next day she received another message welcoming her to her new air time plan!!! What do you people not get here ...the contract got cancelled & direct debits got cancelled.

Recommending Vodafone Buchanan Street
I had problems setting up my new phone and transferring data, I had to have assistance as I'm not tech aware. A young lady called Niamh in store was fantastic she took time to set things up and sort out a couple of problems for me. I was very impressed by her friendly, helpful attitude. Definitely will stick to Vodafone in the future.

terrible customer service
Absolutely disgusted in the way my mother and law has been treated- took a new phone off them - turned out it was reconditioned she was never told - 3 times she reported it not working went to apple and there is a list of faults. was told she has 30 days to return - went in today and wouldn't take it back saying you only have 14 days to return - why did the manager not say on Saturday. Instead of saying 30 days. and the Expect an old woman to pay £34 a month for a phone that dose not work!!!!!!!!!!!!
The phone stopped working after 2 days - and she informed vodafone of this and was in the shop 3 times 3rd time told the manager she didnt want the phone and she had to delete her stuff off it and we could return it this week - all she wants is sim only deal £15 - the fact this has been reported well within the 14 days and if all phones are checked why has this one not ?? as i have the diagnostic report from Apple with a full list of faults. and was told by the shop manager that vodafone can not check Apple products?
All we want is to return the phone and change to a sim only deal!!!!!

Hi Craig. It's disappointing to see your review. We completely understand how alarming it must have been for your mother-in-law to be advised of this. This isn't the experience we wanted you to have, nor the service that we strive for here at Vodafone.
In regards to the refurbished device, we can assure you that if purchased directly with Vodafone, it wouldn't have been sold with a list of faults. Many of the refurbished phones that we sell are unused - they’ve been bought brand new and returned to us within 14 days because the original buyer changed their mind.
All our refurbished phones are fully functional and in great condition. They've been through a 32-point health-check covering battery, touchscreen, camera and more.

Lauren Incredible!
Went in to the Glasgow Vodafone store on Friday 5th April 2024, wasn't sure what I was looking for though due an upgrade and was just looking for ideas... Within moments Lauren approached and made me feel at ease, offered help and had fantastic product knowledge. That lead me to make an informed decision then and there. Upgraded my phone with a good package and left happy. Lauren is an asset to the company!

I went this store to get a new sim card…
I went this store to get a new sim card replacement ,I was told that it is not possible to receive a new SIM card.I was left without network connection for four days,for peace of mind choose EE.Avoid this store.I contacted vodafone and filed a complaint and when I back to home I called vodafone and terminated the contract,also the employee acted impertinently.
Store details:84-90 Buchanan St, Glasgow G1 3HA.
And beware, there are racists working in this store, avoid this store if you are not Scottish or English. For peace of mind, I recommend EE mobile network and their stores.

Stealing personal data
The company would trick you into providing your personal data, they would waste your time and promise anything, and sign you up for their “service” despite not being able to provide proper service in a timely manner. They violate the legislation and have absolutely appalling practices in place. They also wouldn’t allow to complain on their website if you are not an existing customer but you can always complain to the ombudsman in charge or take legal action
