Invalid 12 digit number.
Work 5 day week. If weather OK will visit Southgate Street shop first thing Saturday morning. Can't get signal for your face book chat. Have recielt. Paid via debit. Have code number etc. Will take mobile in as well. Thanks for your help. Jonathan. If you can let this shop know I may be coming and the reason why.

I went to Vodafone Gloucester store…
I went to Vodafone Gloucester store yesterday, I was assisted by Anthony he was absolutely brilliant 🤩 very helpful while upgrading my phone. He spent a lot of time giving the best options and deals that would suit my needs. Anthony was very professional he has set a very good example of Vodafone’s customer service overall a very good experience. Would highly recommend Anthony!

Useless service
Contacted Vodafone customer services on many occasions due to signal, and broadband issues. Fixed issues for a while and then issues reappear. I'm so upset and frustrated with not having wifi or signal. I have disabilities and need to be constantly connected. Promises to fix, promise to reimburse me, promise this won't happy again. Awful service!
