Useless service
Contacted Vodafone customer services on many occasions due to signal, and broadband issues. Fixed issues for a while and then issues reappear. I'm so upset and frustrated with not having wifi or signal. I have disabilities and need to be constantly connected. Promises to fix, promise to reimburse me, promise this won't happy again. Awful service!

A Vodafone positive experience
What can I say the whole experience was funny and comfortable. Felt like we were talking to a friend we hadn't seen for a while. Kellie was brilliant she explanied everything in a professional and courteous manner we would definitely go back to that store and ask for her again. Nothing was missed and we came away from the store feeling we had made a new friend.

Gloucester Vodaphone-Kelly
We visited the Gloucester branch on the 11.06.2025 in search of upgrading and adding an additional contract. However there were some obstacles that made it difficult. Kelly went above and beyond to help us to overcome this, spending nearly 3 hours trying to find a solution as well as providing reassurance. Nothing was too much; she was really down to earth and was like talking to a friend. Words can’t express how grateful we are!! Kelly is an absolute credit to Vodafone!!! Highly, highly recommend!!! Fantastic customer service!
After months of issues with other suppliers (because of the area I live in) I didn’t hold out much hope of sorting my broadband but Crystal couldn’t have been more helpful. There were a few issues but she dealt with them efficiently and sorted me a great deal. Having a chat whilst it was processing she made me aware I was paying far too much for my phone contact and was able to sort this for me too. This made my broadband even cheaper!!! Overall very happy, I know where to come in future

Kellie - great customer service!
My daughter and I visited the Vodafone store in central Gloucester today, quite late, and asked for help with our broadband… what a pleasurable and productive visit !!
Kellie, who served us, just couldn’t do enough to help! Not only did she resolve our broadband enquiry, she also helped us to streamline our accounts… there were 4, now there are 3! We will save money over the next 24 months because of her help and honesty regarding our usage and contracts… I just couldn’t be happier!
