Silviana was really helpful and knew everything I wanted to know. Didn’t rush me and was really easy to talk to. For reference she had another customer bring her in some chocolates (unfortunately quality streets) which obviously says a lot about how she treats customers. Would recommend to anyone

Went to my local Vodafone shop in…

Gravesend branch was so helpful
I went into the Gravesend branch where Laura and Silviana were extremely helpful. They helped me change my plan and upgrade my daughter’s phone. We were there ages and they were super patient with me as a techno-dinosaur and explained everything really clearly. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
