Amy helped me get a new phone when mine…
Amy helped me get a new phone when mine broke and was unable to be used. We was unable to set my new phone fully on the day so I returned next day with my Google account details and she was able to get this set up for me. I am very happy with the service she provided.

Despicable Sales staff - Grimsby store
Writing this review on behalf of my elderly Mother.
She called into Vodafone Grimsby store to ask staff to simply take her Vodaphone contract sim card out of her old Doro phone & put it into her new smart phone.
She told salesperson she was happy with her existing contract.
However, sales staff insisted she sit down to go through her contract.
An hour later she was quite bamboozled by all the technical & sales talk.
She walked out having been coerced into signing a new 2 year contract costing double what she was already paying.
She advised my brother & I of what had happened. We are now in the process of trying to have her former contract reinstated. Vodaphone staff at Freshney Place store in Grimsby - You are absolutely despicable.

Switch to Vodafone
I made a decision to switch provider and after research settled on going back to Vodafone as I had been a customer before. I chose to go into the shop as I needed assistance with set up. Amy attended to me. Amy's professionalism and clear explanations of available options confirmed to me I was in the right place.
After going through my needs and level of usage, Amy went through the options I had as I was also switching from android back to iPhone.
The whole process from start to end was smooth. It took just over an hour for me to leave with a functioning phone. The full switch will occur within 24hours. I was reassured I can go back to the shop if I need further assistance, but I'm confident with all the set up and information. I appreciated that I did not feel pressured - just excellent information to make an informed choice. Many thanks to Amy and her colleague.

Came in originally to check when my contract ended. Aaron was very helpful from the get go, especially since I had no clue what I was doing! He recommended multiple options for a cheaper price and answered all my questions. I ended up with a new phone there and then with a great plan. He even answered questions and gave my mum a quote for her phone and got her a cheaper deal. Overall a great service and super super helpful. Lastly I enquired about the broadband Vodafone offer, as I am moving house, him and his colleague answered all my questions on this which will help me make my choices. I’ve loved Vodafone for years, this experience added to that completely. :)

Supportive staff
The staff in the Grimsby store, particularly Aaron were very helpful and went out of their way to find the best broadband package, despite the property being in Yorkshire.
Unfortunately, and through no fault of the staff, it has proved impossible to supply the system offered to the designated building, resulting in us having to cancel our order.

I spoke to a lovely young lady called…
I spoke to a lovely young lady called Chloe who was extremely helpful. She was very polite and nothing was too much trouble. She was very patient too. Everything was explained to me and she took the time to go through all the plans and not once did she pressure me into buying something I didn’t want. I would happily recommend anyone go into the store and speak to this lady.
