Visited this store today and spoke to Sandra. I am a self confessed techno phobe. Excellent customer service from Sandra with her explanation about topping up a pay as you go phone.

Popped into the store today for a new phone. was greeted by Ryan the assistant store manager, he was a friendly, welcoming chap. I couldn’t fault a thing he done, he got me a great deal on my new phone and helped me with my other devices from there shop. Entered hartlepool store today with my…
Entered hartlepool store today with my husband who dropped his phone down the gutter, was able to pop in and upgrade both of our phones by paying a small fee. And was able to have all my data transferred over which was the scariest part for us considering our age.
