I saw Ben at Vodafone Hastings. He was absolutely super - excellent customer service, navigated me through a range of options for my specific needs, and was charming and polite. He is a credit to Vodafone.

Fantastic customer service
I was greeted by Ben
I was looking for a wifi box ,Ben explained everything throughly and looked for the best deal for me
I felt very at ease with Ben to make my purchase. I would definitely come back again to see Ben if I had a query or wanted purchase any other product

I went in to the vodofone store in Hastings
I went in to the vodofone store in Hastings today to get my upgrade sorted - 09/05 and was served by Katie. I was very pleased with the service that she provided. Katie made things quick, simple and answered any queries I had and with a smile. Katie also went above and beyond to get my monthly bill down as much as possible.
Amongst dealing with me she was also inbetween training other collegues, so doing 5 things at once but still managed to deal with me professionally.
On top of this we were given a discount card to go to another store so I could get my screen protector sorted.
Very happy with the service 🙂

Avoid this Store, Go to Another Vodafone shop
Some members of staff are rude and pretty sure they arn't telling the truth. Very unprofessional. I have been trying to collect my delivered order from them for a week and they won't release it despite me being told by main office that everything is in order 4 times. The store manager won't even come out of the office to deal with a complaint which has been going on a week. Suggest you visit any other store but this one.

Visit Vodafone shops for the best service
I went to the Vodafone shop in Hastings as I was having problems with a new contract I was sold over the phone by Vodafone. Harry was brilliant and extremely kind and helpful. Great customer service skills. I am now back to where I wanted to be with my phone and a great new contract. Thank you very much.
