I went into the store in st Stephen's shopping centre in hull, I have been with Vodafone for over 30 years obviously didn't want to change network, (dnt fix what ain't broke) spoke to a lovely girl called 'Cait' she was amazing talked me through it and explained any worries I had

Setting up a new plan.
Honya greeted me as l entered the shop and showed me to a seat. She let me explain my needs. She reviewed my existing plan and set me up with a cheaper replacement explaining the terms clearly. She spoke slowly and clearly and knew when to listen. Excellent service thanks.

I have been with this company a long…
I have been with this company a long time with no issues until this month. I managed to save 46 megabytes or whatever they are called on my rolling plan, I paid as always in the time frame as I have always done guess what they said they didn't get the money, clearly sent from my bank account and they had no problem with it last month and rolled it over.
Since they are with three now I suspected they would do this little trick, I left three because I paid a whole year of internet yet they never supplied any internet in that time.
So beware Vodafone will never be the same now they have teamed up with three they will always short change you.
Well done Vodafone for losing a long time customer.
