Excellent and Patient Support
Amal was incredibly helpful and patient with me as i am a blind customer. She assisted me with my data transfer and helped me set up Google Assistant, which i rely on for my day-to-day needs. I really appreciate her kindness and support!

We had a great customer service experience at Kilburn. Srija served us wonderfully with her calm and knowledgable approach. We had too many questions about the service and she was very patient with us throughout the whole process.

Service with a smile. Just what I expected.
I did not have to wait long. The staff were wonderful as usual. Amal was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. It was services with a smile. It's what I expect from Vodafone and it's exactly what I got. That's why I've been with Vodafone for a VERY long time.

I visited the Vodafone store to renew my contract and discuss options. Zane, the gentleman who served me, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, spoke at the right speed and communicated clearly. He went over all the aspects that I need in my new bundle and asked questions to ensure I was happy with the updated contract. His manner was confident and professional throughout.
