Went in to upgrade 2 phones. We got expert advice from Nick after telling him our wants and needs. He set up contracts for us that gave us exactly what we asked for with both phones and airtime.

Good service after a nightmare online
Anthony was really helpful and clear. He sorted out the issue and although it was a challenge he persevered and got a good deal. We had been trying to sort it online and the service on there was shocking. Maybe they need some training from Anthony

Went into kings Lynn store #Sam
Went into kings Lynn store where Sam was so helpful in helping sort out my husbands phone issues and explained things very clearly and we left extremely happy that all was working fine with his phone when we left.
We also got information about broadband and was helped with setting this up, it was so easy and everything was explained so clearly and we knew exactly what was what.
Totally would recommend to others.

We use Vodafone when travelling every year
We use Vodafone when travelling every year, e.g., Africa, USA, UK, Canada. This is the first occasion on which we faced an issue which impossible to resolve on line or by phone. With no solution in site we drove to Vodafone, Kings Lynn. Here one rep said that the only answer was to contact VOXI which had already proven to be a dead end for us. At this point SAM entered the picture and treated us to one of the best customer service experiences we have had. He worked with the VOXI system not usually accessed by Vodafone branches to pinpoint several issues with the set up of our account in Cambridge. Ultimately this resolved the problems although not an easy task at all. We recommend SAM be recognized for his technical knowledge and customer service. If you would like specifics on the difficulties encountered and how they might be avoided for other customers, we would be happy to help. In the meantime, Kudos to SAM.
