Went in to upgrade 2 phones. We got expert advice from Nick after telling him our wants and needs. He set up contracts for us that gave us exactly what we asked for with both phones and airtime.

Brilliant service
Anthony the adviser was very informative about the products and very helpful to what needs I needed when switching to a new phone ,Adviser Anthony was friendly and polite and looked into a problem I had with ordering the broadband with no problem or hassle, fantastic.

New phone
When needing a new phone I was offered a seat by nick who was up for conversation about anything we spoke about unicorns and horses where nick said he had a huge interest from the happy unicorn guy

Trouble with my mobile accounts
Been having trouble sorting out my account as wouldn’t let me do anything the staff at Vodafone shop kings lynn worked really hard on it for over a week to get the problems sorted which they did! Excellent customer service! Will always go to them!
