Visited Abbie in the Lancaster shop for Mobile phone, sim and set up. Abbie is very professional, helpful, patient and goes that extra mile to clarify and help you understand the full commitment answering my endless questions. Everything went vey smoothly and if I had any further questions The Vodafone shop being on the high street with a real person to speak to is invaluable.

Pretty generous repairs
Data and connections work fine, nothing in particular to note. Reason I'm writing this is that after I dropped and broke my phone, I took it to the store, they sent it off to be checked over and they sent me a replacement phone even though it was my fault. Same model and everything, and it's a Pixel 9 Pro XL so that isn't exactly a cheap replacement. Onya Vodafone.
