Had issues trying to cancel
An old tablet that hadn’t been used for years dating back to 2017, cancelled phone contract, a few months ago, but then got debt letters for this but got nowhere on the phone, so we went into the Lincoln high street store and the assistant manager Alex got us sorted, it took him about 45 mins, but he went above and beyond. Excellent service from him 1st class

Check Vodafone bills because even though Vodafone appears on bank statements it may be another arm of Vodafone
I've been with Vodafone for over 35 years and have 4 phones for family on sim only
I called in to Lincoln Vodafone shop in February and was sold a 2 year contract for all 4 for £121 a month
When I checked my bank statement I was paying £143. So returned and was told at some point one of the phones had been moved to one com their business side
And I would have to pay £150 to get out of the contract I'd entered in February and although I had paid twice for the same phone they would only refund £50 of overpayment
After a long discussion I was told they would look into and get back to me needless to say they haven't
I made 5 phone calls prior to going in there and after 15 minutes explaining the issue was hung up on. Apparently company policy

Friendly and informative service
Recently went into the store to look at a pay monthly SIM deal, spoke to Francesca who was really helpful and patient. Seemed to know all about what deals would be best and offered a friendly face to help sort it out. Great service.
