Really easy experience!! I went in there for a new sim and phone but was unsure of choices. Aaron helped me figure out the best deal for me and was really informative!! Service was nice and quick!

Friendly and informative service
Recently went into the store to look at a pay monthly SIM deal, spoke to Francesca who was really helpful and patient. Seemed to know all about what deals would be best and offered a friendly face to help sort it out. Great service.

Had an old iPhone and the store manager Aaron offered me a super deal on a brand new one. He was able to show me how to navigate my new phone and swapped everything over for me. An exceptional young man who provided excellent service. Very happy to continue on with Vodafone

The store staff were helpful and…
The store staff were helpful and polite. The gentlemen even helped set up my new phone. We managed to get a new phone and get a better deal on our broadband as well as take a new tablet and save money.

With facing issues with Tesco and…
With facing issues with Tesco and receiving no support from them I had no option but to bring myself to town to receive help. I came amongst the Vodafone store and was greeted pleasantly. My issue has been resolved but I will be taking upon the offer the advisor did discuss with me and be moving my contract to them.
