Great customer service
Plenty of staff available in store for queries, was able to sit down with one and discuss possible deals for a new iphone, and got the phone the same day. Although I had an issue with a cancelled order it was solved very quickly by the same staff member, and a refund for the plan was issued a few days later. Would visit this store again if i need another upgrade

I have used this shop in Lisburn for 14 years
I have used this shop in Lisburn for the last 14 years and always have received great customer service, high levels of technical knowledge always with a sympathetic eye for my affordability. Curtis continues these qualities and I strongly recommend the services in the Lisburn shop.

Best experience buying a new phone.
I've never been so happy with Vodafone than I am today. The staff working in the Lisburn store on Sundays are the most polite and helpful people I've ever encountered. Will definitely stay using Vodafone

Easy phone upgrade
Finally called into the Lisburn store to upgrade my phone last week, Megan helped me choose the best phone for my requirements and made the whole process very easy. I called into the store today to pick up my new phone and get all the stuff transfered from my old device to the new one, Curtis was excellent, extremely knowledgeable and he got everything transfered over seamlessly and helped explain the new features of the phone.
I highly recommend the team at Vodafone Lisburn.
