Thank you Bilal!!
My husband and I were served by Bilal in the store last Sunday. Both of us are over 60 yrs of age and not up to date with phone use and phone knowledge. Bilal welcomed us in store and was SO helpful, patient and professional. He talked us through everything and explained in simple terms, for us both to upgrade our iphones and contract. Bilal ordered new phones for us both. He also demonstrated and explained to me, how simple it was to do the data transfer ourselves, which I have done this afternoon, at home, after collecting the new phones.
A big thank you to Bilal for a fabulous service!!

We went to the Vodafone shop to enquire about Broadband. We were greeted by Kian. He was extremely polite and helpful. He had a great attitude. He was not pushy like some people.
