Metro Centre Vodaphone store
I visited the Metro Centre Vodaphone store today and was dealt with by Neil. I found him to be extremely knowledgable and professional, and he had the ability to explain details in a way that I, as a person who did not grow up with technology, could understand. He patiently answered my questions and provided all the information I needed. This is the second time I have spoken to this member of staff, the previous time was several months ago about a completely different issue and on that occasion, I also received excellent customer service.

Katie was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient with my huge amount of requests about existing accounts! Offered alternatives to my existing account and phone to help me be on top of monthly payments etc. Fabulous, friendly and wouod definitely recommend- particularly if you’re a middle aged perimenopausal woman with ADHD!
