Katie was really approachable
Katie was really approachable, friendly and patient. She took time to explain the features of each phone and make sure I got the best deal between refurbished phones or brand new. She checked I was happy with my choice and explained warranties and cancellation periods. She made sure I wasn't paying for anything I didn't need. Thankyou Katie!

Sidra was amazing
Sidra was amazing. She took her time to thoroughly help me and my partner treating our old devices and getting new contract sorted. She took the time to transfer all of our data from the old devices into the new ones and made sure that our prices were within our budget. Really happy coming back into this store and hope that she does not leave anytime soon.

Chloe is the best girl I've met in a long time. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she went above and beyond to build me a package that suited my needs and get me an accessible phone.
