I visited the Vodafone store today
I visited the Vodafone store today, 19 September 2026, to get my new iPhone 18 Pro Max in Burgundy. I was assisted by Matthew, a Retail Adviser, who was extremely helpful throughout my visit.
Matthew made the whole process easy and straightforward. He helped me set up my new iPhone, answered all my questions, and also resolved some other queries I had. I really appreciated how approachable and easy to talk to he was, and I felt genuinely valued as a customer.
It was a pleasure meeting Matthew, and I would like to thank him for his excellent customer service, support and advice.
Overall, I have had a great experience with Vodafone. I have been an existing customer for several years and have always appreciated the help, advice and support available. I would happily recommend Vodafone for their airtime and devices, as well as the great deals they offer.
Thank you again to Matthew and the Vodafone team for making my experience so positive.

Getting a new phone at the Middlesbrough Vodafone shop
