Broadband renewals
Before going to this shop I was considering leaving vodaphone because of the experience I had with on line customer service I received
But having gone to the shop to cancel my contract I was very surprised at the level of customer service never had before nothing was to much for the shop team especially the young woman (Catlin) who actually sorted all my problems even got me a better deal on my broadband contract many thanks Gary.

Not a good company, avoid, they cheat you in the middle of contract
Just after all the hassle still upgraded our contract to 900mbps,
Experience with vodaphone:
1. They enable the service but new box was not received yet so internet didn’t work till box arrived
2. When box arrived, thought it will be plug and play but no after 2 hrs , the internet worked but couldn’t login to their broadband app to enable secure net app. Guess what they said not compatible with your phone as it’s more than 5 yrs old so they can’t do anything . So my question is why didn’t Vodafone make this clear before buying the package. Absolutely disgusting
So now I need to search another provider
3. In a gest- in April they upgraded the vodaphone content control features, wrapped it in a paid feature secure net app and now can’t have that on my phone cause suddenly my phone is become old
4: Secure net does not work at all, none of the features work, it’s shame they are charging for something that doesn’t work or even tested. What a greed of money
So what is the garuntee they will not cheat on this later
Wasted my time energy
Disgraceful company, absolutely logic less, conning people and very poor customer service and technical team who do not know their own system. Please avoid, every 6 months they do upgrade and gets us affected on our app, and now app doesn’t work suddenly. It worked yesterday but after upgrade to highest service app doesn’t work
