In Store Experience
I recently enocutered a hardware fault with my S24 Ultra and required a form of contact as soon as possible. In store, I spoke with Caitlin who assisted me with my urgent request, Caitlin provided excellent customer service and care and assisted with upgrading my contract allowing me to recieve the best possible deal. Caitlin had the perfect balance between professionalism and authenticity allowing the upgrading process to be fun and efficient.

Good customer service
Hi, I came in late yesterday evening to make and exchange as I had made a mistake when ordering online.
I can be quite a nervous customer and very rarely go to shops because of this. However Bethany and Chris were lovely and made the experience really enjoyable! Thank you!

Very fast and efficient service
Very fast and efficient service from Kai who helped us upgrade to two new plans, a new iPhone and Apple watch. He did his absolute best for us and also helped us save money in the process.
