Very good experience getting my son his first contract mobile. Both Connor and Scott were extremely patient and informative. Excellent service through out. Nice to see happy staff.

Friendly and helpful staff
I had recently taken out a new contract, but the mobile data wasn’t working as it should, so I popped in to this store and was served by the manager Chris, and he had it sorted out for me in a jiffy, he was polite and so friendly! Any issues I have now I will only go to this Vodafone

Great customer service
Great customer service from ‘Aaron’. I was after an upgrade and he sorted me out with a brand new iPhone on a plan which suited my needs perfectly and price was within my budget. Would recommend to anyone, he knows his stuff!

Neath Branch excellent members of dtaff
We called to the Neath branch to see what deals Vodafone had middle of June. The staff at Neath branch were very welcoming and we were given a range of options. We shopped around and then returned to the store. The staff knowledge and willingness to help was just amazing I can't praise them enough. The contract was very well explained and we were so happy with the deal we were given. Excellent staff members they are so patient and really look after you and help you. Highly recommend you visit the Neath store.

Great store
Changed my phone and boy did they help me out. All round great service! Computers were slow and making it difficult for advisor to put the sale through the system but advisor Aaron was great and got there as fast as possible
