Stay away from Vodafone broadband
Stay away from Vodafone broadband. We went with them because they were cheap and we've had endless problems with the signal and ping latency issues. When you phone...they fix it temporarily after an hour on the phone. Then a few weeks later back to bad signal. I cannot wait to leave Vodafone!

Phone not powering up.
I was in panic mode as my phone would not hold the charging cables and despite my cleaning it I still not get it to work. So before I went to apple I thought I’d ask the Vodafone their advice and Kyra was brilliant. She carefully checked and cleaned it whilst being very understanding. Her magic touch sorted it and all worked. She did not make me feel stupid but said it was a common occurrence. She was speedy, professional and kind as she could see I was distressed.
