Took my mother to vodaphone Newcastle spoke to an assistant called jen who was lovely, set my mother up with a sim only contact as she was paying far to much at EE, jen was most helpful explained everything to my mother, we are very happy with the service jen and other members of staff offer, thank you so much

Vodafone three worse network
So, Vodafone and Three have basically merged their coverage, and now they’re kind of one. I want to write a review about Vodafone, saying that the worst thing that could happen is for Vodafone to merge with Three. I myself was with Three five years ago, and their coverage was terrible. I switched to Vodafone, paying a bit more, hoping for better support, more reliable antennas, and great internet. But now that Vodafone and T-Mobile are connected, for the past week or so, the Vodafone network has become just as bad. The signal, the coverage, everything is a mess. I’m basically saying that if the network and signal are the same, why would anyone pay more for Vodafone when they could just stick with Three,
In addition to all this, I want to say that I’m going to leave Vodafone. It would have been better if Vodafone had partnered with EE or O2 for coverage, rather than joining forces with the worst company in the UK, Three. Honestly, it’s such a disaster, and now I’d much rather switch to EE.

Reece at Vodafone in Eldon Square went beyond the call of duty in opening a Vodafone account for me. The store’s system failed on my 3 visits but Reece thought outside the box and processed the order through Vodafone website. Excellent service.
